Personal Assistant

• Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the executive.

• Conduct research and provide information as required.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs as required.

• Coordinate and follow up with other departments and external partners as needed.

• Handle errands and tasks for the executive appropriately.

• Perform small writing and translation tasks.

• Take dictation and minutes


• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a relevant role.• Fluency in English is a must.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Strong organizational and time-management skills.• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.• Discretion and confidentiality• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs.• Flexible working hours and potential for remote work as needed.
