Sales Property Consultant

  • Manage all aspects of assigned properties
  • Assist clients to make property-purchasing decisions.
  • Find clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations.
  • Consult with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
  • Keep up to date information about the trends in the local residential property market, as well as the commercial market.
  • Analysing market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas.
  • Accompany buyers during their visits and inspections of any property, advising them on the suitability and value of the properties they are visiting.
  • Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.

 


Proven work experience as Property ConsultantBachelor's degree.Customer Service expertise CRM.Min 2 years Real Estate experience is a must.Strong interpersonal skills.Ability to negotiate and close deals.Knowledge of property market trends.Attractive fixed Salary + Commission.Own a car is a must.
