- Improving and increasing customer satisfaction ratio about LG after sale service
- Manage field activities and implement engineering designs
- Oversee repairs and technical improvements
- Communicate with the related authorized service center
- Diagnose and analyze all issues and customer complaints .
- Work cross functionally with other company departments to ensure best service quality for external customers.
