- Identify and develop sales opportunities, build long-term customer relationships, and manage resolution to specific customer needs.
- Receiving inquiries and meeting customers to introduce our product and how it satisfies the customer needs.
- Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements. Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
- Support all activities related to winning new business and supporting existing business.
- Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule
- Handling new inquiries by studying the project drawings and specs and making a site visit if needed, then preparing sketches and documents for the estimating team and highlighting the concerning points that may affect our technical and financial offer.
- Prepare the technical and financial offer with the handing over dates, and payment terms, and be Beneficial to the company and the client.
- Interacting with the Finance department for opening L/C, Performance bonds, and bank guarantees.
- Liaising with Finance to obtain payments subsequent to the Fabrication/ Shipment process and Project closure.
- Cooperation with design, detailing, manufacturing departments, and erection team to finish the project in the best way and on time.
- Following up and handling parts of the project throughout its phases with the customer and company departments (Presales – Negotiations – contract signing – design – approval from the municipality – fabrication – installation) and avoiding any delay by taking the right corrective action at the right time.
