#Position_Overview:
Si-Vision is seeking a skilled Personnel Specialist to join our HR team in Sheraton, Heliopolis. The Personnel Specialist will manage onboarding, offboarding, employee files, social and medical insurance operations, contract administration, and maintaining our employee database. We seek an individual who thrives in a dynamic tech environment and possesses strong HR acumen and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the seamless onboarding and offboarding process for employees, ensuring compliance and a positive experience.
- Maintain and manage employee files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle social insurance operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely submissions.
- Manage medical insurance operations, liaise with providers, and assist employees with queries.
- Administer employment contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain and update the employees' database with precision and attention to detail.
