Project Coordinator

  • Develop and maintain a clear project plan with deadlines to ensure timely completion and to guide the team throughout the project 
  • Organize and allocate resources such as personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient and effective project execution, fostering teamwork and collaboration. 
  • Track project progress regularly, identify potential problems early, and implement solutions to keep the project on track and within scope. 
  • Provide regular updates and transparent communication to stakeholders regarding project progress, challenges, and outcomes, to ensure their expectations are met and support is maintained. 
  • Identify potential risks and issues early, develop mitigation strategies, and implement action plans to minimize the impact on the project. 
  • Keep accurate and organized records of all project-related documents and correspondence for future reference and audits

Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).BSc in in Project Management, Business Administration or related field.PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
