Job Description:
- Connecting with clients – farmers, companies by maintaining positive relationships. to reach the optimal numbers of farmers and apply the companies’ strategies.
- Developing, executing and managing the overall marketing strategy for the company.
- Determining the effectiveness of current marketing strategies and the new trends to reach the maximum marketability of the business products.
- Developing and adhering to the marketing budget to reach the optimal marketability of the company’s strategic objectives.
- Ensuring customers’ satisfaction to company upholds the high quality of its products
- Working closely with all other functions of the business (Sales – Agronomy - Production) to carry out business goals.
- Conducting market research on all current and future company’s products and services and all the competition
- Overseeing and developing the creation of digital and online platforms (social media, email, webpage etc.) content for channels and determining distribution and effective plans.
- Promoting the company’s products with farmers to reach the company’s strategies and goals.
