Description:
- Connect with prospects seeking Sales opportunities through Cold Calling, Networking and Social Media etc.. to identify and generate a steady stream of leads, fueling our sales pipeline making every interaction count.
- Conduct outbound prospecting with creativity and persistence to uncover new opportunities.
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, preparing tender documents and communicating relevant information.
- Identify new contacts, generate sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities in order to maximize revenue.
- Schedule high-impact meetings and appointments for our Business Development team with qualified leads & managing team’s calendar.
- Coordinating the team’s RFP with technical team and following up on offers sent to clients.
- Establishing and managing connections with Key Personnel within potential customers, including developers, industries, Governmental and Private entities.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for BD team & Technical Office.
- A curious mindset and a willingness to continuously learn and grow.
- Conduct solar market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Work closely with engineering and technical teams to make sure proposals are timely delivered.
- Work hand-in-hand with our Sales team to smash targets and exceed goals.
- Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the BD Manager to include the reporting of appointments, calls made, business leads and conducted meetings.
QualificationsSales Coordination/ Customer Service experience is a MUST.Cold Calling Champion is a must-have.Excellent Customer Service, Communication skills and presentation abilities.A Problem-Solver with a Can-Do attitude.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.Excellent command of English language and Email writing skills.Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities with ease.Tech-Savvy: Highly proficient with IT tools (Microsoft Office/Google Suite and CRM systems)Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
