Commercial Manager – (Steel Industry)

  • Identifies/conducts market research and analysis for new opportunities for revenue growth within and outside the current sales activities locally and internationally. 
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities.
  • Oversee achieving sales target & Market growth through developing & implementing Sales technical support, go-to-market planning. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential clients.
  • Prepare all documentation required for requests for proposals pricing approach.
  • Ensure finalizing the contracts in adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Proposes key metrics and systems to measure the business performance of the organization against strategic and tactical operational metrics. 
  • Performs root cause analysis and cross-functional improvements ensuring a consistent approach in common or shared related tasks. 
  • Initiates and leads any restructuring or improvement projects in the manpower.

Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field (Engineering,)Business Development and Commercial experience is must in Steel Industry 10+ years total experience in Business Development & CommercialStrategic ThinkerExcellent Marketing & Sales SkillsOutstanding communication and presentation skills.Demonstrates leadership ability, confidence, and executive presence – ability to motivate staff.Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
