- Responsible for obtaining profitable results through managing the sales function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
- Responsible for increasing the sales revenue, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization's presence in market.
- Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion program plans.
- Achieve/Exceed target sales volume and value.
- Expand customer base by acquiring new customers. Monitor credit limits, periods and cash collection to ensure timely payments.
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information
- Attend trade shows, conferences and other marketing events either internally or outside Egypt.
- Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships with customers and aid business development.
Excellent command of English. Very Good command of MS office. Experience supporting multiple inside and outside sales reps.
