We are looking for a Senior structure engineer to work for a Design Firm, that specializes in designing a residential building, commercial buildings and villas.
The Candidate will be responsible to design the Structural system for these kinds of buildings using the code followed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Main Job Duties:
- Structural drawings, and coordination with other disciplines.
- Consults with client to determine functional and technical requirements of new structure or renovation, and prepares information regarding design, specifications, materials, bill of quantities, and construction time.
- Plan and integrate engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval. Prepares scale drawings and contract documents for building contractors.
- Prepares structural studies, and design reports.
- Highly proficient in structural software especially CSI Programs (ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000), Prokon. Professional in using AutoCAD & qualified to use Revit.
- Directs activities of co-workers engaged in preparing structural drawings, structural design, and specification documents.
Previous experience as a Design Engineer or a similar roleFrom 08 to 12 years of experience in structural engineeringA bachelor's degree in civil/construction engineering.
