· Conduct consumer and market research.
· Identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market.
· Design a research-based brand strategy.
· Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message.
· Lead marketing team members through campaigns.
· Measure and report on success of marketing campaigns.
· Anticipate consumer trends and keep brand up to date.
· Collect data on consumers, competitors and marketplace and consolidate information into. actionable items, reports and presentations.
· Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences.
· Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis.
· Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations.
· Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases.
· Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation.
· Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the regional sales departments. This should detail the year’s activity to meet agreed company objectives.
· Budget management. To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
· To achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media.
· To manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
· To conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products.
· To develop and implement a company-wide plan to push product, working with all departments for its execution.
· To analyze potential strategic partner relationships for product lines.
· Product planning, pricing, Place, Communication Plan and positioning, in addition to interfacing with all organizations within the business to deliver efficient growth and profitability.
· Budget Management: Managing the brand's marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to initiatives that will generate the highest return on investment.
· Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with other departments such as sales, product development, and finance to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging and strategy.
· Track & Monitor the product inside the market in different channels.
· Working closely with the R&D Dept. to enhance the current product portfolio & the upcoming (ENPD) expected new product development.
