Job Description
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer s emails
• Management and resolve customer complaints
• Sell products and place customer orders in system (Retail/Online)
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Process orders forms and application (Retail/Online)
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Recognize document and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.
• Follow up customer inquiries.
• Up-sell products and services (Retail/Online)
• Create requested reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
• Preferred age range is from 20 to 30
• Cairo Residence
• Good English
• Experience from 0 to 2 years
