Receptionist

EgyBell is hiring Receptionist for a well known holding company located in Maadi.


Main Tasks:


1.Handle all meeting rooms booking requests for all company departments, keep it equipped, and maintained

2. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages

3. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary

4. Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.).

5. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and monitor office requirement.

6. Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail, shipments …etc.



Qualifications:


Bachelor Degree, experience in administrative, secretarial and office management services.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Good command of the English language.

Strong organizational, administrative and communication skills.
