Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Resale Consultant at Dunes Developments in Giza. The Resale Consultant will be responsible for facilitating property resale transactions, conducting market research, coordinating with clients and real estate agents, and preparing necessary documentation. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills to ensure smooth and successful resale processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in the real estate industry is a must.
- (3-5 years) as resale consultant.
- Real Estate Sales, Property Management, and Market Research skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Customer service orientation and attention to detail
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
- Giza Residents.
