The company is a leading company in the distribution of Electrical products. The Warehouse Controller is responsible for maintaining an efficient and effective warehouse operation. This role involves managing the storage, distribution, and inventory control of goods, ensuring that all processes are optimized and compliant with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Oversee the accuracy of inventory records and ensure physical counts match system records.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock levels.
• Conduct regular audits of stock levels and provide reports on inventory status.
• Run Periodic inventory count for all warehouses

Warehouse Operations:

• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Supervise the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage the layout and storage systems of the warehouse to maximize efficiency.

Team Supervision:

• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff
• Ensure all team members follow company policies and procedures,

Quality Control:

• Monitor the quality of goods received and stored, reporting any damages or discrepancies.
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that all delivered/received goods are matching invoices

Health and Safety:

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and ensure that all warehouse equipment is properly maintained.

Reporting:

• Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, staff performance, and key metrics.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements to senior management.

Technology and Systems:

• Utilize Odoo ERP software to track inventory and manage orders.
• Implement new technologies and processes to enhance warehouse operations.
