Responsibilities
- Develop and manage product strategy and roadmap.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, and customer service) to define product requirements and specifications.
- Oversee product development from ideation to launch.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive product awareness and adoption.
- Create and manage marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
- Coordinate product launches and promotional events.
- Provide training and support to the sales team.
- Develop sales tools and materials to aid in product selling and positioning.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback.
- Manage customer communications and act as the voice of the customer internally.
- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze product performance and market data to inform decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports on product metrics, including sales, profitability, and customer feedback.
- Use insights to drive product improvements and marketing strategies.
- Handle the purchasing and logistics with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field.Experience with market research and competitive analysis.Experience in one of the following fields: UPS, lighting, automation, capacitors, LV products, or LV/MV panels.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
