Job Overview: The Office Manager and Assistant to the CEO will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment while providing high-level administrative support to the CEO. This role combines office management responsibilities with executive assistance duties, requiring a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, office supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate office layout and organization, ensuring a productive and efficient workspace.
- Manage office budgets, track expenses, and negotiate with vendors as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and team-building activities.
Administrative Support to the CEO:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation of board meetings, including documentation and logistics.
Work Environment:
- Full-time position based in Nasr City, Cairo
- Office setting with occasional travel for meetings and events.
