Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead creative projects including developing ideas, presenting concepts, and managing execution.
- Manage creative teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing feedback.
- Work with clients to identify needs and develop solutions.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure projects are completed successfully.
- Develop and maintain standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Monitor trends in the creative industry and apply them when appropriate.
- Leading the team, guiding motion graphic designers, creating videos, editing videos, etc...
Requirements and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Animation, Marketing, Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field.2D Skills: Proficiency in graphic design, illustration, motion graphics and layout for print and digital media.3D Skills: Experience in 3D modeling, animation, and rendering, depending on occasional or nature of projects that might be required.Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across various media channels. That includes animated, video editing and motion graphics content.Proven track record of successful creative project management.Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and HTML/CSS.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Adobe suite knowledge, After Effects, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work independently and as part of a team.
