Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Inquiry Moderation: Monitor and manage client social media accounts. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, building positive interactions and addressing customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients. Serve as the primary point of contact, understanding their needs, goals, and expectations. Communicate Meta campaigns progress, results, and recommendations clearly and regularly.
- Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with our internal teams to build comprehensive marketing strategies & content plans that align with client objectives. Ensure that social media initiatives are integrated seamlessly into broader marketing efforts.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze social media engagement metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns. Provide clients with detailed reports, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
- Content Coordination: Work closely with the creative team to ensure that social media content reflects the client's branding and messaging strategy.
- Monthly Content Calendar: Create and maintain a monthly content calendar for each client, ensuring a consistent and strategic approach to social media content. Coordinate with content creators to schedule posts and align content with client objectives and key events.
- Assist in campaign content, planning, and launch strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling campaign content and strategies that drive engagement and conversions. Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and launch coordination.
- SEO Keywords: Provide support in optimizing content for search engines (SEO). Assist in identifying and incorporating relevant keywords to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
- Sponsored Ads: Monitor and track sponsored advertising campaigns across various platforms. Ensure that ads are running as planned, analyze performance metrics, and make adjustments to optimize results.
- Blog Writing: Create engaging and informative blog content that aligns with client goals and enhances their online presence.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and deliver measurable results.
- Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and changes in algorithms. Adapt strategies and best practices accordingly.
Qualifications:Must have 2-4 years of marketing agency experience.Strong command of both Arabic and English, enabling effective communication and content creation in both languages.Skilled in managing multiple client accounts and handling various requests efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction.Capable of accepting feedback and effectively applying it to improve both personal performance and project outcomes.We value team members who recognize that mistakes are part of learning.
