- Review and confirm receipt of daily shipping documents and invoices.
- Receiving gold for orders ready to be shipped from the company’s treasury on a daily basis.
- Responsible for the quality of orders (packing / shape / weight / quantity... etc.)
- Manage the daily shipping route and take into account any special customer requests, for example specifying a specific date or time for delivery.
- Communicate with clients to coordinate delivery times before leaving the office and throughout the day.
- Communicate with the sales team at any time throughout the day for customer requests and complaints or even when any unreliable customers are found.
- Delivering the amounts collected from customers to the company’s treasury on a daily basis.
- Prepare a daily report on “completed orders, undelivered orders, backorders, special cases, customer requests and complaints” to share with the sales team via WhatsApp.
