Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers.

The Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities.

*Work Conditions:*

- *Job Type:* Full-time
- *Location:* Haram
- *Working Hours:* 10 am to 7 pm, including a 1-hour break
- *Days Off:* 2 days

*Responsibilities:*

- Collaborate with the team to achieve quotas while keeping our customers satisfied and engaged with our products and services over the long term.
- Create strategic customer relationships to maximize revenue potential from each account.
- Upsell and identify different potential solutions by understanding customer needs.
- Delight customers with professionalism, strong relationships, and excellent results.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and the competitive landscape.
- Manage a large number of inquiries through an effective lead management funnel for key accounts.

 

 


*Job Qualifications & Requirements:*- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university (Business Administration or Accounting major is preferred).- Excellent command of the English language.- Strong communication skills with a friendly, customer-oriented manner.- Strong negotiation skills.- Ability to meet revenue performance goals by monitoring progress.- Experience in analyzing customer data.- Strong presentation skills.- Management and leadership skills.- Ability to mentor and coach the team.
