- Develop training strategies and plans that align with organizational goals and market needs.
- Design, coordinate, and implement training programs, workshops, and seminars in accordance with quality standards.
- Prepare and manage the training center's budget, including estimating costs and allocating resources appropriately.
- Work with trainers and designers to develop innovative and engaging training content that meets the needs of the trainees.
- Build and enhance relationships with external partners, such as companies and educational organizations, to expand the reach of training programs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development, and apply quality standards across all aspects of training programs.
- Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders, including trainees, trainers, and management.
Extensive knowledge of marketing and advertising techniques and designing effective marketing campaigns.Excellent organizational and managerial skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.Deep understanding of technology applications in training and e-learning.Ability to analyze data and use analytical tools to make strategic decisions.An academic degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is considered a plus.
