Responsibilities:
1. Manage and optimize existing accounts to increase sales and profitability.
2. Identify opportunities to open new accounts and expand our customer base.
3. Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and increase average order value.
4. Write and edit product content that will be published on our e-Commerce website or other platforms.
5. Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
6. Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.
7. Provide support in areas of Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid social media.
8. Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics and Excel spreadsheets to stay organized.
9. Manage and optimize product listings on ecommerce platforms.
10. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
11. Collaborate with marketing team to improve website performance.
12. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for ecommerce channels.
13.Ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience
14. Stay up to date with the latest ecommerce trends and technologies.
15. Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
16. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with inventory
17. Optimize website navigation and user experience.
18. Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and partners.
19. Create and manage promotional campaigns and discounts.
20. Negotiate deals and promotions on seasonal occasions with vendors to maximize sales from all assigned accounts.
21. Follow up on new products from existing vendors and lead regular stock updates.
22. Follow up on regular basis with vendors on products low or out of stock.
23. Build strategic relationships with vendors.
24. Work on increasing SKUs and adding new products category.
25. Managing relationship and performance for sellers.
26. Responsible for managing and verifying the payments of accounts, ensuring timely receipt, checking for late payments, and addressing any requests or requirements from the accounting and finance department.
27. Weekly Report about the Performance of the website: bounce rate, number of people who entered the website.
28. Responsible of our E commerce Platform.
29. Follow Up Collections and cash transfers.
30. Report to Online Sales Manager.
31. Responsible in the process of opening new e-commerce platforms. Handling the contracts.
Qualifications:- Proven experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a related field.- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, email marketing software).- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising.- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to driving results.- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications or additional training is a plus.
