E-commerce Marketing Manager

You Will be responsible for Leading and managing the success of the company portfolio.

Mainly you will be responsible about Client management leadership, Marketing operation management, Clients' performance & KPIS in addition to Strategic planning for portfolio growth & expansion.

In simple words, you will be responsible for driving the success of a business through strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

A- Client success

1- Build long-term relationships with clients

2- Investigate and determine client’s wants and needs

3- Plan and implement digital strategies for clients

4- Analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns

5- Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client

6- Creating new opportunities and Businesses level up

7- situational analysis and risk predictions for Revenue & loss

8- Developing sales and marketing plans to increase revenue and profitability.

 

B- Marketing Operation Management

1- Manage and oversee our E-Commerce brands.

2- Managing all daily/monthly team operation of the company portfolio

3- Ensure operational excellence through close collaboration & management with Content, Design, Performance marketing and web development departments

4- Follow up on all deliverables & Quality Monitoring

5- Building and managing a team of high-performing individuals to support growth objectives.

 

C- Sales

1- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals

2. Lead, motivate and train the sales team to effectively promote our services.

3. Collaborate with Business Dev department to ensure alignment of goals and objectives

4. Analyze sales performance data to measure the success of sales initiatives and optimize future strategies


6-8 yrs of experience & minimum of 3-4 Years of experience as Digital marketing manager.Excellent leadership, management and decision-making skills to lead a team of e-commerce professionals.Strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of e-commerce campaigns and make data-driven decisions.Strong background in performance marketingStrong understanding of the digital marketing landscape in the Gulf, including cultural nuances, market trends, and client preferences.
