- Writing the documents using MS Word (English & Arabic).
- Archiving the documents and files.
- File and update the contact information of (employees, customers, and suppliers).
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda.
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
Males Only, less than 25 years old & good looking.Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word and Outlook).Send and receive email messages (English & Arabic).Very good in English language (writing and speaking).Working till the evening (preferred residents out of Cairo because we have suitable accommodation or residents near New Cairo).
