Job description:
Leadership and Development:
-Lead, mentor, and motivate a team , fostering a high-performance culture.
-Provide guidance and support in achieving individual and team sales targets.
-Conduct regular performance reviews for the sales team and identify development opportunities.
Sales Strategy:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close-Prepare regular updates for senior management on sales activities and key performance indicators.
-Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies and achieve targets.
Requirements:-At least 2 years exp. as Sales Team Leader-Not less than 4 years in Real estate field -Must own a car-From very good to excellent english level
