Tax Analyst

- Prepare and file tax returns and reports for all types of taxes applicable to the
operations, including corporate income tax, value-added tax (VAT), withholding tax, and other relevant taxes.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements, including timely submission and accurate calculation of tax liabilities.
- Safeguard the company's tax asset balance by ensuring accurate assessment and taking the necessary steps for the refunding or balance utilization process.
- Support the business in developing and implementing relevant transfer pricing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and
international guidelines.
- Support in preparing transfer pricing documentation and analysis to verify
intercompany transactions within the group.
- Monitor and update transfer pricing policies as needed to align with changes in business operations and regulatory requirements.
- Manage VAT & stamp tax compliance and reporting requirements for Swiss company, including registration, filing, and payment of VAT returns.
- Stay updated on changes to VAT regulations and other taxes in Switzerland and assess their impact on our business operations.
- Coordinate with external tax advisors and authorities mainly in the income tax to resolve tax-related issues and optimize tax planning strategies.
- Provide recommendations to management on proactive measures to address tax risks and ensure compliance with changing tax requirements.


- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting and compliance, with specific expertise in Egyptian and international tax regulations preferably within a multinational company.- Strong knowledge of tax laws particularly in corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, transfer pricing, and other relevant taxes.- Experience in preparing and filing tax returns and reports, conducting tax riskassessments, and managing tax audits.- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. French language is preferred.- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex tax laws and regulations.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
