- Follow up regular upgrades for all software/hardware and applications.
- Installation for all new software and application for external/ internal projects
- Low level design and Solution documentation for internal and external projects.
- Perform new services POC for internal customers
- Participate in service failover testing.
- Manage and document system configurations.
- Act as the 2nd layer of support for internal / external user’s problems.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information technology, computer science or related field.Solid knowledge in infrastructure technologies like (Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, System Center, etc.)MCITP and/or MCSE Certificate are a must.ITIL Foundation and ITIL Operations Certificates are a plusVirtualization (VMware and Hyper-V) Certificates are a plus.
