We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented social media and Market Research Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media platforms and conducting market research to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities within the gaming community. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the gaming industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms (e.g., Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) to build meaningful connections and encourage community members to take action.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities for engagement.
- Analyze and report on social media performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize content.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify gaming trends, preferences, and emerging markets, with a focus on the Arabic-speaking gaming community.
- Engage with gamers to gather insights on which games they want to be localized into Arabic.
- Compile and analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for the sales and marketing teams.
- Track industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
- Lead Generation:
- Identify potential leads and opportunities for business development.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide insights and support for lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Assist in developing targeted marketing campaigns based on market research findings.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in social media management and market research, preferably within the gaming industry.Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.Passion for video games and familiarity with the gaming community, especially within the Arabic-speaking market.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
