Sales Operations & Opportunity Management Analyst

Lead / Sales Funnel Management:

  • Evaluate company’s current lead sources (i.e. PSEs / OLGA etc.)
  • Evaluate and recommend new lead sources.
  • Develop and Maintain sales funnel dashboards and reports.

KPIs and Metrics:

  • Evaluate existing KPIs and metrics against best practice and recommend changes.
  • Build new and unify existing visual tools for sales teams to track KPIs and metrics.

Task Automation:

  • Gain a deep understanding of the end-to-end sales process to identify any manual process with automation potential, within our current set of tools or suggested new tools.

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is a must.1-3 years of experience in Sales Operation environment.Strong computer skills, excel, power query, power point. CRM - Salesforce (Preferable)Business Intelligence tools like Power BIExcellent communication in English is a mustStrong problem solving Ability to collaborate with team and wider businessHighly developed attention to detail
