* Follow-up with employees on their technical issues to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting and to ensure end user’s satisfaction.
* Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed.
* Provide quick resolution and excellent interpersonal skills
* Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
* Provide constant feedback on processes and make recommendations on areas to improve
* Keep record of problems and their solutions
* Maintain technical documentation and service catalog on installation of software, configuration of hardware and problem troubleshooting.
* Tracking and following-up the IT hardware stock.
* Troubleshoot and resolve all technical problems related to network issues (LAN & WLAN) even over WAN.
* Solve and support any problem related to printers.
* Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems and computer software systems.
* Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
* Experience in the Ticketing system.
* Work with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and troubleshoot daily problems.
* Work with the Kaspersky Security Center to keep clients updated and secured.
* Work with Sophos firewall and create firewall policies up on request.
* Work with VMware ESXI and backup systems (Veeam)
* Good command of MacOS is preferable
Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience: 3-5 years in IT, with expertise in computer networks, administration, hardware, and installations.Skills:Proficiency in CCTV Camera systems, and active/passive network installation.Strong knowledge of Windows server services (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, etc.).Experience with Office 365, Kaspersky Security Center, Sophos, FortiGate Firewall, and VMware ESXi.Certifications: CCNA and MCSA are mandatory.Other: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
