Project Coordinator

  • Assist PM with all communications with various external Stakeholders. 
  • Consolidate all time sheets and apply quality control measures to facilitate all other project management related inputs. 
  • Support in time and material calculations related to project execution and financials. 
  • Publishes daily/weekly status reports that provide project progress reports to the project team and stakeholders. 
  • Organize project meetings and facilitate actions implementation. 
  • Coordinate needed approvals from the client to support project progress. 
  • Determining all the required materials for approval and supply. 
  • Dealing with different stakeholders in strategic projects 
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and project templates. 
  • Set up and track projects milestones. 
  • Develop and maintain projects schedules. 
  • Perform daily follow-up with all relevant stakeholders to track and monitor progress. 
  • Identifies and resolves issues and conflicts within the project team. 
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. 
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants. 
  • Lead, mentor, and train mid-level supervisors and team members. 
  • Create monthly timesheet and salaries  

Bachelor's in engineeringExcellent knowledge of MS Office Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar roleExperience in project management, from conception to deliveryAn ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plansSolid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-managementStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft PlannerHands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp or Trello)
