Technical Support Engineer

  • Printer Maintenance & Repair: Responsible for the maintenance, procurement, and installation of printer components.
  • Installation & Configuration: Configure and install Epson printers, ensuring they meet operational standards.
  • Client Support: Conduct site visits and deliver necessary supplies to clients.
  • Technical Assistance: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Epson printers, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Operational Support: Assist the line manager with daily tasks and operational execution.
  • Software Integration: Collaborate with the software team to ensure new printers are fully functional before delivery to clients.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on daily operations and client visits to the line manager.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.Technical Expertise: Proficiency in working with Epson printers, especially models such as 869R, C5290, 878R, C8690A, and C5290.Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships internally and externally.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, including multitasking and time management.Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.Work Ethic: Strong adherence to work schedules and operational deadlines.Flexibility: Ability to work after hours and respond to emergency requests.Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team environment.Accountability: Demonstrated responsibility in meeting deadlines and providing accurate reports to management.
