Manage the overall booking confirmation process.
Manage the waive charges procedure and ensure system is updated correctly.

Identify the training needs per senior/agent staff.
Prepare reports to supervisor per activity.
Experience of 3+ Years in Non-Air Accommodation Section.Excellent knowledge of key destinations.Detailed oriented.Ability to work under pressure.Excellent negotiation & communication skills.Excellent problem-solving skills.Strong knowledge of online portals would be an asset.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.Very good in writing/speaking in English.
