• Conduct thorough legal research on prior laws, statutes, regulations, and legal precedent.
• Analyze and interpret legal documents, judgments, and regulations to provide insights into case strategies.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, memoranda, contracts, and agreements.
• Prepare legal correspondence and memoranda for internal and client use.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents for clients.
• Meet with clients to discuss their cases, gather information, and provide legal advice.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to update them on case progress and address their concerns.
• Assist senior attorneys in managing and organizing case files.
• Prepare and organize evidence, exhibits, and other legal materials for trial or hearings.
• Follow up on corporate legal matters, such as company formation, amendment of articles of association, and changes to corporate structure.
• Assist companies with matters related to shareholders’ rights, general assemblies, annual reports, etc.
• Provide legal advice on matters related to commercial transactions, contracts, and agreements between companies.
• Participate in settlement negotiations with opposing parties.
• Any other related tasks.
• Graduate of the Faculty of Law (Preferably English Department)• Member or registered in the Egyptian Bar Association.• 1-4 years of experience in practicing the legal profession, corporate law.• Strong research, writing and analytical skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Effective communication skills.• Fluent in English.
