We are recruiting for one of our clients project management consultancy located in Cairo, Egypt
- Senior Planning Engineer
- Prepare complete project Program in coordination with stakeholders.
- Time schedule, Budget & cash flow
- Using specialist planning computer software Primavera or for planning & scheduling.
- Verify the progress throughout during the construction and comparing this with the projected schedule / plan.
- Preparation of accurate monthly cost updates and projection of final expenditure updates.
- Monitor work progress vs time schedule, maintaining financial management and regularly reporting to the project manager
- Handling variation orders and invoices with the consultant and the project manager.
Work environment :
- Site based ( El Rehab city )
- Days off : Friday
- Working hrs. : 8
- Bachelor's degree in civil /architecture engineering or construction management.- plus 8 years of experience as a planning Engineer is a must.- Experience in residential and commercial projects is a must.- Good Knowledge with Primavera p6This job prefer who can join immediately
