- Supervising Production Process and achieving production plans.
- Coordinate production processes on a daily basis to produce high-quality products.
- Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
- Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.
- Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.
- Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
- Supervising Training of machine operators.
- Assessing production operators performance and reporting to the management team.
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical Production section) is a MUST.3 - 5 Years of Experience in production.Knowledge of Packaging Manufacturing is Preferred.Fluency in the English language (reading, writing, and speaking).Ability to work variable shifts.Previous experience in printing and packaging industriesStrong technical & leadership skills6th of October or Sheikh Zayed residence is MUST.Males Only.
