Reporting to the Group Patient Safety and Risk Management Manager, the Patient Safety Specialist is responsible for fostering a culture of safety in SGH hospitals. The Patient Safety Specialist is responsible to identify and evaluate risks for harm to SGH patients.

Bachelor degree in a healthcare related disciplineMinimum 2-3 years work experience in a healthcare setting in a patient safety and risk management positionCPHQ/ CPPS certificationsExperience and knowledge in quality improvement principlesProficient in data analysis and data reporting, highly computer literatePreferred : Lean six sigma yellow/ green/ black belt - Total Quality Management Diploma
