- Collaborate with the Planning Department to create project phases and project baseline for each phase,
considering construction conditions and client requirements.
- Prepare takeoff site inspection report.
- Create site receiving report.
- Develop comprehensive project method statements outlining the sequence and methodology of activities and safety protocols.
- Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in consultation with team members.
- Ensure alignment of project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation with established targets.
- Create and monitor project cash in plan according to projects phases and baseline.
- Lead project teams, assign tasks, and monitor timely completion of project milestones.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement recovery plans as necessary to ensure project .
- Maintain regular communication with clients, consultants, procurement teams, production teams, planning teams, and technical teams to provide project updates and proactively address any issues causing delays.
