Senior Real Estate Sales Specialist

  • Handling face-to-face and telephone enquiries from prospective buyers on a daily basis.
  • Negotiate offers with vendors and prospective applicants.
  • Communicate with solicitors to ensure a timely completion of negotiations.
  • Advising vendors on ways of increasing their property’s value.
  • Meeting and exceeding set monthly targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Prepare and manage periodic sales reports and forecasts.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
  •  Prepare and present sales proposals to potential customers.

Communication and team leadership .Experience in development real estate.Strong team management abilities .Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proven Leadership in real state projects.Knowledge of the local real estate market in Giza, Egypt.Bachelor's degree in Business, or related filed.
