Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist.Deep knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their tools.Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.Experience in creating and managing content that engages the audience.Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and content creation tools (e.g., Caneva, Adobe Creative Suite).Ability to analyze social media metrics and prepare reports on campaign performance.Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies to achieve brand objectives.Skill in managing online brand reputation and responding to comments.Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to social media.Creative thinking with the ability to produce original and engaging content.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in social media.Experience in working with influencers and growing social media communities.Knowledge of SEO and its impact on social media performance.
