HR/Admin Manager for Medical Center

Job Description

  • Manage the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new staff members, including identifying job vacancies, posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to human resources and administration, such as employee benefits, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records for all staff members.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all staff members, including addressing and resolving any employee grievances or complaints.
  • Collaborate with other managers and department heads to ensure the smooth operation of the medical center.
  • Oversee the administrative functions of the medical center, such as scheduling, billing, and patient record management.
  • Develop and manage the departmental budget, including forecasting and tracking expenses.

 


Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources and administration, preferably in a healthcare setting.Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations.Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.Excellent command of the English Language.
