- Ensure that material scheduling strategy and processes are in place and work effectively in order to ensure material supply meets production requirements.
- Ensure the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and inventory accuracy at all times and manage and control inventory levels and movements.
- follow up with procurement on the status of pipeline orders.
- Suggest solutions for process improvements.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Weekly & monthly reports.
- Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
- Preparing cost estimates and performance reports.
From 2-4 years of experience in material planning & inventory management.Knowledge of the supply chain is a must.Previous work experience in a dynamic environment with many variants of items and raw materials.Very good command of MS Office package.Knowledge and familiarity with shipping terms and documentation is an advantage.High attention to detail.Great interpersonal and communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
