The infrastructure Sales Account Manager is responsible for achieving the annual sales target of the assigned account through acquiring new customers, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers. The Sales Account Manager is also responsible for the satisfaction and retention of the customers in the assigned account.
- Sales B2B experience is a must.
- Experience in the IT field is Preferred.
- Generate and determine qualified leads.
- Sell hardware products, software (Appliance and License) & development services.
- Create new Business opportunities, with new customers and existing customers.
- Reach potential customers through cold calling, face-to-face meetings.
- Provide customers with new quotations and negotiate them.
- Update Management (CRM) with all details on the Customers.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
3+ years of experience in the IT Industry selling Computer Hardware, and Software in a corporate is preferable.
