Sales Account Manager - Consumer Electronics

  • Prepare and develop sales forecasts and PSI Reports for the assigned accounts.
  • Maintain productive long-term relationships with customers.
  • Supervise Promoters Team Leaders and their teams to achieve the desired sale out target.
  • Manage performance, coaching, mentoring, career development of his direct reportees.
  • Negotiate contracts with client and establishing timeline of performance.
  • Meet all client needs and deliverable according to proposed Time lines.
  • collaborate with vendors, logistics, marketing, and other stack holders from other departments to ensure the client needs are met.
  • Coordinate with the Finance department to establish credit, payment transfers.
  • Resolve key client issues and complaints.

Bachelor Degree holder.Minimum of 5 - 8 years in sales field.Experience in Consumer Electronics.Excellent skills in promotion managementRelevant industry experiences a plus.Strong management skills.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Excellent command of English language.Excellent Microsoft Office skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Be self-directed and motivated.
