Human Resources Generalist

Recruitment  (70%):

Develop and maintain a qualified pool of talents to guarantee filling vacancies on time.

-Screen job applications & CVs and interview candidates.

-Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements through all channels.

-Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.

-Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date.

-Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to reach the offer negotiation.

Personnel (30%)

 prepare and updating employee files 

Prepare an insurance file for new employees and sending it to the insurance office in the region.

Prepare and follows up on all insurance forms (1,2,6,..etc)

Maintaining, implementing, and monitoring all required personnel procedures relating to staff terms and conditions of employment to ensure that the company complies with legal requirements and best practice.


Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR ExecutivePeople oriented and results drivenDemonstrable experience with Human Resources metricsKnowledge of HR systems and databasesAbility to architect strategy along with leadership skillsExcellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skillsCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyIn-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practicesDegree in Human Resources or related field
