Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain servers, networks, and storage systems. Monitor and optimize performance for high availability.
Client Support: Provide technical support to clients, resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Assist in deploying and maintaining client systems in line with service agreements.
Security & Compliance: Implement security measures to protect data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Project Implementation: Lead IT projects, including system upgrades and new technology deployments, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships and manage IT asset inventory.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.Proven experience as an IT Engineer, ideally in a service-oriented environment.Strong knowledge of networking, servers, and security protocols.Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA) are preferred.
