The Business Quality Analyst (BQA), is a subject-matter expert (SME) in Business Quality Improvement and his mission is to support the Quality in operations, monitor Business KPI´s and reduce service defects and non-added value tasks.
The Business Quality Analyst is the Point of Contact internally and for the Client, regarding quality.
Relevant evidence of quality certifications (preferentially, but not exclusive);Fluency in German and English.1 Year of experience in Quality departmentAt least 1 year professional experience in customer experience environment and/or related industries experienceProven record of quality initiatives and program design.
