Tele-Sales Representative at 51Talk
Location: Maadi, Cairo Salary Range: EGP 7,000 for entry-level candidates – 15,000 (based on experience)
Job Overview: The Tele-Sales Representative will engage with potential customers to promote 51Talk’s English learning programs. This role involves closing sales, upselling to existing customers, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Contact potential customers to explain and sell the company's English education services.
•
Upsell additional packages to existing clients.
•
Monitor students’ attendance and learning progress.
•
Generate new leads through customer referrals.
Requirements:
•
B1/B2 English level, capable of communicating with regional managers.
•
1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in e-learning, insurance, or services.
•
Strong customer service background (mandatory).
•
Proven sales track record.
•
Cairo resident, able to work full-time on-site in Maadi.
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday (12:00 PM - 9:00 PM), Saturday (12:00 PM - 4:00 PM)
